I have written seven cookery books on diverse subjects, from Japanese food through to vegan, and write regularly on food-related subjects for The Telegraph, the Guardian and Delicious magazine.
I take commissions for recipe development and recipe testing, as well as editing, writing and ghost-writing food-related books and articles. I am obsessed with food in all its shapes and forms, so I consider no job too menial.
As well as 20 years experience as a journalist, I have also worked in marketing and copywriting (both agency-side and client-side) for a wide range of clients, from major high street banks to artisan olive oil producers.
